5 P: We exist to improve lives, providing people with high quality homes, affordably. Whatever their housing need, whether family, single, older or more vulnerable – our customers come first. They are always at the very heart of our business.

5 P: Supporting Accent’s ambitions to nurture, continuously improve and excel its customer service experience. Accent is conducting an early market engagement opportunity with a view to discuss and develop its service standard specification for grounds maintenance services with established grounds maintenance contractors. For the avoidance of doubt we will only consider established contractors and who are willing to establish a local base of operations no more than 20 miles from all sites within the lot being bid for. 5 P: Accent intends to procure 2 lots, please note to mitigate against contractor failure it is the intention contractors may only win a maximum of one (1) individual Lot.

5 P: For convenience each lot has a map pin noting the scheme locations — this information can be accessed free of charge via Proactis housing procurement portal.

5 P: Accent intends to hold 2 contractor engagement days on the 28.11.2019 and 29.11.2019 this will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Once all slots have been allocated the engagement exercise will be deemed to have ended.

5 P: Please do not request a place on a contractor engagement day unless you can evidence you are an established grounds maintenance contractor.

5 P: To request a slot please use the Proactis Due North messaging portal. Accent’s decision on eligibility to attend a contractor engagement day is final.

5 P: Accent reserves the right to change the location venue of the contractor engagement day however, this will be restricted to the Bradford District area. Notification of such changes will be sent via the messaging portal of DueNorth Proactis.
