Summary

The Electric Smart Eco Vacuum Pump for Green Cars (ESEV-4-GR) Project led by Entecnia Consulting SLU, was approved within the call for SME Instrument H2020, Topic SME-instrument: Small business innovation research for Transport IT-1-2015-1, Call 2015-06-17.
The project’s main objectives were the following:
1. Market research and design of the strategy for the selection of potential clients for the technological and commercial scaling of the project
2. Study of a global strategy for intellectual property
3. Development of the Business Model, of the Commercial, Marketing, Industry and Financing Strategies for the internationalisation of the project
4. Definition of the Business Plan

Work performed

The Project has been developed as planned, in terms of deadlines, budgets, actions, and results obtained. The project has enabled, through activity No.1 and No. 2, a better understanding of the market and the designing of the strategy for the protection of intellectual property. Within Activity No. 3, different business models have been analysed, and as a conclusion the company has identified the best profile for a business partner. Activity No. 4 has allowed ENTECNIA to design the guidelines (at technological and business levels) for the project with regard to the scaling and development of the business, quantifying the finance required for the correct development of the project, and this has culminated in a complete Business Plan.P

Final results

Thans to the suport given by this iniciative, the product concep improve the current state of the art in performance, cost and controllin capabilitis being an alternative for the adoption of this solution not only for the current users but for an increased number of vehicle applications and, therefore, able to reduce the overall CO2 emissions
