Composition and structure of the Stakeholder NetworkThe Stakeholder Network will be composed and structure through three consecutive steps: 1) set-up the initial structure on the basis of the extensive network of contacts of the consortium partners and of the Advisory Board members; 2) structuring the resulting Stakeholder Network, expanding and consolidating it, by involving all relevant institutions and organisations; subdividing the network into interest groups, and a meaningful clustering of the stakeholders. Roadmap and Business PlanThe roadmap for the implementation of a structured approach for fostering raw materials initiatives will first synthesise the results and draw main recommendations from the previous work packages. This includes 1) a set of key actions to advance towards more common approaches and solutions containing concrete steps and timelines towards improving existing activities and, if necessary and relevant, create a new activity, in particular setting up a WFRM; 2) identify and specify membership criteria, role of members and organisers of the WFRM incl. code of conducts, procedures for proper supervision, control, and information-flows and intellectual property rights; and 3) a business plan with tentative annual minimum and optimal budgets and suggestions for a sustainably financing of a WFRM in the future.
