End-User mental model developed and available to participants

The end-user mental models will be obtained through open–ended interviews. The interview protocol will be based upon the expert model. End-users will be selected and interviewed in each national cluster and related to the management scenarios. Interviews will be coded within WPs 3, 4, 6 and 7, according to a common coding system that will be provided by the work package leader. Finally, the work package leader will use the coded interviews to develop a common end-user mental model, which will be analysed for all management scenarios. For each management scenario at least 15 end-users per country will be interviewed. For the perennial woody crops, at least 25 end-users per country will be interviewed as there are only 2 national clusters.
