Insurance legal frame-workThroughout this task, it will be analysed the new legal framework of the innovative insurance approach. The first focus will be on Italian Legislation and the next step will be the analysis at European level (EU28). Plan of exploitation and dissemination of results (PEDR) - First releaseFirst release - All partners will perform dissemination activities complying with the procedures on communication spelt out in the Consortium Agreement. At the end of the project, it will be organized a Final AIR Dissemination to show the achieved results. This event, which could be organized in form of a workshop, would include different players in the scientific, industrial, financial and social fields. It will also represent a good chance to put members of the consortium in front of potential clients (either on public or private field), investors, and end users.
