5 P: Bergen Municipality will implement a channel strategy in the municipality. There are currently more than 350 points of contact in to Bergen Municipality. Behind each point of contract there are potentially different support processes, support tools, statistics options, standards, and systems for how events are handled. The municipality would like to use a joint system that offers standard service processes across human functions and systems to facilitate good user experiences for inhabitants, employees and businesses. The implementation of a channel strategy will require both organisational, process, and system changes. The need discussed here is the system part of the change, and how standard service processes in a potential system can be used in the municipality.

5 P: Examples of standard service processes can be within areas such as handling errors, dealing with enquiries, dealing with changes and dealing with problem areas. The system must also be flexible as regards integration with other systems, and it must facilitate digital work flow in case management.

5 P: Bergen Municipality would like to have a market dialogue in order to have contact with potential suppliers who can offer systems that fulfil the above-mentioned needs. The dialogue phase will be important for the formulation of the detailed tender documentation.
