 Obiettivo del progetto (Objective)

'The Researchers Night in Montenegro 2010 is a seven (7) months long project, focused around the event of European Researchers Night 2010, happening in five (5) Montenegrin towns on September 24. It has the main aim to reduce the gap between researchers and wider public, but at the same time it represents one of the few occasions when science is celebrated in Montenegro.

The Night will encompass activities aimed at different target groups: fun activities for younger and all those who feel so, high level scientific tribunes, presentations of future researchers for their peers, scientific trips and socializing with researchers. The concept is similar to the last years’ when the same consortium organized the first ever science festival in the country – the Researchers’ Night 2009. Actions are proposed this year to correct the deficiencies noted from the impact assessment and telephone survey as well as by correcting weak points in the implementation and management registered by the partners. This mainly refers to extending the events to more then one location, intensifying social networking in order to reach different target groups and better time management.

The Researchers’ Night 2010 will draw at least four percentage (4%) of Montenegrin population (3000 visitors). It will involve about forty (40) researchers from various fields and thirty (30) young, future researchers as presenters, entertainers and demonstrators.'
