CBA methodology for offshore grids

Based on the existing ENTSO-E Guideline for Cost Benefit Analysis of Grid Development Projects and on recommendations issued by Task 7.2, this task will formalize a CBA methodology adequate for offshore grids. The main indicators that must be computed in a CBA will be defined, and guidelines on the approach that must be followed to compute them will be defined.
Result of WP7.6 is a methodology rather than a tool. Recommendations of WP7.6 will, where sensible and achievable, be used for WP12.
