Report on selection process from ongoing needs assessments

In order to build on past expertise and pre-analysis, T2.1 will make use of the existing platforms and needs assessment surveys developed by the networks or EU-funded projects and initiatives (for instance the Covenant of Mayors), in which local and regional stakeholders express the needs and barriers they face in financing their sustainable energy projects and the solutions and expertise they can provide. These will then be translated and streamlined into concrete objectives of the learning process and serve to start a matching process between the trainees who are looking for expertise in the fields covered by PROSPECT.

-Best practices datasheets from trainers (already documented)
-Interactive map for all trainees and trainers to locate the good examples
-Online interaction opportunities between trainees and trainers (for instance a community forum for the trainees, peer-to-peer feedback tool, and others)
