Project website including members\' area for stakeholders

M4 Public area
The project website will be developed as the information hub for the iBROAD concept and tools, with the intention to support knowledge exchange even beyond the project’s duration. The website will be set up on a modern Content Management System (CMS) infrastructure, allowing quick updates, integration of external material, a high degree of interactivity, and rapid search/access to the content by users. From its outset, the website will provide information on the project\'s background, objectives, progress and public outputs. Visitors will be able to register to news alerts, follow updates by RSS, and access/download public material. The website will include advanced functions such as video content streaming via embedded Youtube and Twitter feeds, cross-referenced navigation, secure login, malware protection supported by professional services, etc. The website content will be in English, with automatic translation being available. Updates will be regular after month 6.

M5 Members\' area
A special “members only” section of the website will be developed in support of stakeholders’ engagement under WP6. Invited stakeholders will be provided with their unique usernames and passwords, or be able to self-register or join via their social media profiles (pending approval by the WP6 leader). Content updates and discussions in the Forum will be handled under WP6.

News Alerts and Infographics (x12)

News Alerts and Infographics
M10-M36

Brief email updates called News Alerts will be prepared and sent to the dissemination contacts list (see Subtask 7.3.1) when new material, such as reports and announcements, is posted on the website.

Starting in month 10, a new infographic will be developed every two months, published on the website and distributed via the News Alert, presenting key insights and data from WP2-5 in support of iBROAD.

Focus will be put on media work from the beginning, to ensure reaching out our different target groups in all countries (target and further in EU): building professionals (industry and research), homeowner organisations and homeowners, authorities and policy-makers, other relevant institutions etc.

A specific strategy will be detailed and included in the communication strategy and plan (task 7.1), including a listing of the key targeted media and the targets they allow reaching. Media work management will consist in sending press releases and writing articles regularly, at least 15 items during the project life.

Short Videos (1+6)

One Advertorial video M12
A short (3’-5’) advertorial video will be produced, presenting the project in English, with subtitled versions for all project languages (DE, Flemish, BG, PL, PT, GR, SE, RO), explaining in an easy-to-understand way iBROAD and how it can improve homeowners\' lives. The video will be scripted and produced inhouse by Sympraxis Team, with content inputs from all WP leaders; specific post-production work to ensure broadcast-level quality will be outsourced. It will be made available as streaming/downloadable video, as well as in a high resolution version for free broadcast.

Six Demo/Tutorial videos M21 (timing is indicative; should accompany training toolkit for the three pilot countries)
Simple short videos such as guided tours, oral presentations and Q&A sessions will be recorded and post-produced to demonstrate the functions and applications of the developed software tools and other project products. Six (6) such videos are foreseen. The videos will be edited inhouse by Sympraxis Team, and made available as streaming/downloadable video at the project website.
