Recommendations for policy

The main country-specific and cross-country policy conclusions and recommendations of the project will be compiled in a joint policy report. Principles & Criteria for fair & acceptable wind energy

The Principles & Criteria (P&C) serve as a policy compass for policy development at regional, national and even European level. The P&C will take into account the project findings, particular in WP2, 3, 4, 5 and Task 6.1 including emerging initiatives in some of the EU Member states. They will be accompanied by proposals for practical implementation, e.g. via voluntary agreement and labelling/certification schemes. The P&C will be discussed within the stakeholder desks under WP3 and will be presented to stakeholders at the European level in the framework of the European policy roundtable in Task 6.2.
