 Project objective

We at IDUN have developed the Dryode™ - a portfolio of innovative bio-electrodes to enable wearables for future healthcare and Internet of Humans. The Dryode shows skin compliance and self-adhesive properties enabling unobtrusive, long-term, recordings with clinical-grade performance in biopotential monitoring such as Electromyography (EMG), Electrocardiography (ECG) and Electroencephalography (EEG). Dryode’s technology relies on surface geometry, rather than chemistry, to improve the bio-electrode’s adherence. Keeping contact with the skin, self-adherence minimizes motion artefacts. Our bio-electrodes are preparation free, comfortable and show an outstanding signal quality also in underwater conditions.
