Event management software solutions currently available are offered as either standard solutions or customizable but expensive ones. Last2Ticket proposes to revolutionize the industry, by offering a cost effective, customizable and transparent solutions especially suited for SMEs needs. Last2Ticket empowers event organizers with event management software solutions and is looking to democratize access to SMEs with subscription plans adapted to their needs. Its highly responsive and reliable tools support event organizers in creating truly unique and memorable live experiences that meet their event objectives, covering most event organizers’ needs when it comes to core functions of registration & ticketing, marketing and analytics, for a wide range of event types. Enabled by recent developments on the company’s proprietary platform, this SaaS business model will enable us to implement our strategy of scaling the business and its international expansion. With strong in-house development capabilities and event management expertise, the company is well positioned to disrupt the market. Operating from Portugal since 2011, the company reached €1.85 million in revenue in 2017. Last2Ticket estimates a total of €106 million of potential revenue from US and EU markets over the period 2018-2022 achieving the 100 000 customers mark in 2022. To achieve this, we will need to more than double the team. We estimate needing €1.5 million to reach commercialization stage, which would be used in technical resources and to market the solution. Provided that we can demonstrate economic and technical feasibility of the proposed solution, as described in the SME Instrument Phase 1 workplan, we have demonstrated interest from new and current investors in accompanying the venture as we look to disrupt the market.
