Project objective
55% of global organizations manage their IT sourcing activities exclusively at an operational level, without considering a strategic layer. Large organizations still spend most of their IT resources in management, integration and maintenance tasks: 37% of large businesses dedicate the majority of their IT budgets to maintenance and management. Complex multi-client/multi-vendor ITSM ecosystems common for large organizations are the main reason for the application of non-automated, decentralized and inefficient processes. This results in a massive amount of manual work for operational Service Desk processing, leading to higher operational costs and poor customer experience.
At Service-Flow, we are developing the world’s first SaaS solution for Service Integration: ONEIO, a ready-to-use cloud-based system providing secure, scalable and reliable service integrations for all IT service processes. For less than half the price of its competitors, ONEIO offers an all-inclusive service that does not require separate maintenance costs, software or hardware investments, complex integrations or special service integration skills. Thanks to its SaaS-based nature and its innovative block-based architecture, ONEIO can be set up in minutes. ONEIO also eliminates the need to set up the solution for each new client or vendor. It provides full ITSM system automation, built-in support for ITIL and SIAM, automatic ticket creation, centralized multi-sourcing operational management, operational control, transparency of outsourced services and complete standardization. Service-Flow has already received international acclaim for ONEIO’s initial prototypes by prestigious entities, such as Gartner and CIOReview.
ONEIO will allow us to seize the European and global markets and reach EBITDA of €9.3 million in 5 years, incrase our Monthly REcurring Revenue (MRR) from €130,000 to €3 million, create 100 jobs, and reach revenues of €30.9 million. Investing in ONEIO will have a return of 7.9.
