 Obiettivo del progetto (Objective)

'The project AhEAD - Advanced dEsign and testing of a polArimetric X-band antenna for avionic weather radar, aims at designing and testing a polarimetric avionic radar antenna operating at X band for weather characterization and classification. After the requirements have been defined, the project will identify the best solution of the antenna configuration in terms of technology and architecture by examining the performances of different solutions. The antenna will be designed and a breadboard will be manufactures and tested to evaluate the expected performances. A technological roadmap for full device development will be identified.'
