To reach full productivity, a new employee typically takes from 8 to 12 months. Moreover, during his/her first 45 days, 20% of them decide to quit. Currently, approximately 75% of the companies worldwide have implemented an onboarding process investing an average of €5,380 per new hire. Manual delivering of onboarding information is not effective, but it is a heavy workload for HR managers and cannot be tracked; whereas available software in the market simply refer the employee to the intranet, which can consume up to 30% of the workday. MoB is an app dedicated to onboarding, with 22 modules delivering effective communication using: push-up notification, maps, surveys, virtual reality videos that allow the user to know the facilities and gamification, that increases the probability and an effective consumption of information. And which is more important, MoB is a non-intrusive, white-label and extremely intuitive app: it can be seamlessly integrated into companies’ existing IT systems, with perfect alignment with the corporate image, and easily configurable and manageable by non-IT experts. We have a SaaS business model that allows: 1) employees (end-users) to increase 23% their confidence and satisfaction and to have access to 5% more benefits. Moreover, MoB reduces 56.4% the time expended to achieve self efficiency and social integration. 2) companies with high employee turnover rates (customers) to increase 75% employees’ engagement, while reducing 31% employee turnover. With MoB, employees reach 97.7% productivity within the first 10 days.
