 Project objective

Online real estate platforms are particularly at risk of falling behind the requirements of digitally savvy clients. Real estate portals rely on photographs of properties with manually tagged & often missing descriptions that make it troublesome for consumers to quickly research, compare & come to a decision about which properties they want to physically investigate. Online portals that do not adapt to the tectonic shifts in Consumer Attention risk internet anonymity at best &, at worst, of being perceived as so obsolete that buyers & renters completely bypass their websites. offers CV4RE, a computer vision API that scans real estate images and automatically returns, in real time, tags that classify the scene of the image (e.g. living room) and what features of interest are in this image (e.g. fireplace, hardwood floors). CV4RE identifies, tags, and describes properties, in the same way real estate agents would, obtaining very high confidence scores. Our Customers are online real estate portals, real estate CRM companies, independent real estate agents and home furnishing corporations. Our technology gives them the following benefits: Boost SEO, revolutionize site search, easily recommend similar homes, organize the images, enable visual comparison of listings, optimize thumbnails, improve conversion rates, improve site accessibility and monetize logos. Our competitive advantages are Real estate-specific tags, best-in-class accuracy (99%) and real time speed. The global capital allocations to direct real estate have doubled, rising from €141 B in 2012 to €271B in 2016. Over the same period venture capital funding into RealTech companies increased 1200% from €88M in 2012 to €2.21B in 2016 CV4RE has a TAM of €267M, SAM of €137M & SOM of €16.5M by 2024. has a realistic & innovative business model PaaS (Platform as a Service), where we charge a flat fee for a maximum of processed images per month.
